Project Management
A project and team visibility platform

01
Context
The problem
A recreational project, built in my own time with Cursor. It gives a company a view of its teams, active projects and individual contributions, to improve transparency, visibility and alignment.
What was broken
The idea came from a monthly company meeting, where the team noticed it had no clear way to see how many teams existed, which projects were active or who was working where. Employees also wanted their work to be visible, recognized and linked to company goals.
02
Approach
How I got there
01
Started a Project and Team Management tool from scratch, as a fun experiment.
02
Validated the need through user conversations and analyzed workflow gaps.
03
Designed a simple system for tracking projects and showcasing impact.
04
Used a vibe coding approach to build a working end-to-end prototype quickly.
03
Solution
What I designed
- Frontend in React and TypeScript with Ant Design, backend in .NET (C#) and a SQL database.
04
Impact
Results
- A fast, modern and transparent tool that makes it clear who works on what.
- Published on GitHub to share the implementation and invite collaboration.
- Built for fun, so it was not measured and was not a company deliverable.
